Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Swypt collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information in connection with our website, Quotes, Booking Requests, cleaning services, My Account, communications, and related operations.

Swypt does not sell Client personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

3. Information Shared With Cleaners

Assigned Cleaner(s) receive only information reasonably needed to perform or support the relevant Visit, such as service address, access instructions, booked scope, service notes, pets, special surfaces, and other operational details. Cleaners do not receive full payment-card information.

4. Service Providers and Other Recipients

Swypt may share information with service providers that reasonably need it to perform services for Swypt, including payment processors, hosting/infrastructure providers, communications providers, analytics providers, Client-support/operations providers, and professional advisers such as legal or accounting providers.

Stripe processes payment-card information. Card data submitted to Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.

Swypt may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect Swypt’s rights.

5. Access Codes and Property Security Information

Access instructions, lockbox details, gate information, and similar property-security information may be stored with the property profile so they can be used for future confirmed Visits. Swypt limits access to people who reasonably need the information to provide or support service. This information is not promised to be deleted immediately after each Visit.

6. Photos and Service Documentation

Swypt may retain service photos and related documentation for quality control, service verification, safety, issue resolution, disputes, and internal operations. Cleaners are instructed to focus documentation on relevant service areas and conditions rather than people or unrelated sensitive information whenever reasonably possible.

Swypt does not use service photos publicly or for marketing without separate permission.

7. Data Retention

Swypt retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirement.

8. Account Closure and Deletion Requests

You may request account closure or deletion of eligible personal information. Account closure may require resolution of future Visits, recurring service, and outstanding balances first. Swypt may retain information that is reasonably necessary for accounting, taxes, payment records, disputes, fraud/security, legal obligations, and enforcement of agreements.

9. Communications and Marketing

Swypt may use contact information for transactional and service-related communications. Requesting or booking service does not automatically create consent to unrelated promotional text messaging. Marketing consent, where used, is collected separately and may be withdrawn subject to applicable law.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Swypt may share SMS-related information with service providers that help deliver messaging services, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and other vendors that support message delivery.

10. Cookies and Analytics

Swypt may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, security, and service improvement. Browser controls may allow you to limit certain cookies, though some functionality may be affected.

11. Security

Swypt uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and Swypt does not promise that unauthorized access or disclosure can never occur.

12. Children’s Privacy

Swypt’s Client accounts and booking services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to create or use a Client account for booking services. Swypt does not knowingly collect personal information from children for their own Client accounts.

13. Your Requests and Choices

You may contact Swypt to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information, or to ask privacy questions. Certain requests may be limited by legal, financial-record, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

14. Changes to This Policy

Swypt may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be shown on this page, and Swypt may provide additional notice when legally required or when a material change warrants it.
