This Service Agreement describes the cleaning scope, preparation requirements, and service expectations that apply to Swypt Visits. It works together with the Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and confirmed Quote or approved adjustment.
Cleaning is limited to reasonably accessible areas and safe residential-cleaning conditions. Deep and Move services do not override Swypt’s safety or reach limits.
Maintenance cleaning for a home that has already been brought to an established baseline.
A more detailed reset intended to establish the baseline for future recurring maintenance. It is deeper than an ongoing recurring Visit but is not a full Deep Cleaning.
A thorough standard cleaning with no recurring commitment.
A detail-focused cleaning that addresses buildup and areas that normal maintenance cleaning does not typically cover.
A detail-focused cleaning for an empty or substantially empty home, including eligible storage and appliance interiors when empty and accessible.
The First Recurring Cleaning receives additional time and attention to establish a maintainable baseline, including more detailed baseboard spot cleaning, more attention to doors/trim, extra bathroom buildup removal, extra kitchen grease/buildup attention, more complete reachable fan/fixture dusting, more detailed window sills/accessible tracks, and extra attention to edges/corners.
It does not automatically include the full Deep Cleaning scope such as full detailed baseboards, full interior window glass, blinds, cabinet tops, or other Deep-only detail work unless separately included or purchased.
Deep Cleaning includes the applicable standard scope plus detail work such as:
Inside refrigerator is not included in occupied Deep Cleaning unless purchased as an add-on.
Move service includes the applicable Deep scope plus eligible interiors that make sense in an empty or substantially empty home, including:
Swypt is not a dishwashing service. If there is a small, reasonable number of dishes and the dishwasher is empty or has available room, the Cleaner may load them. If the Client wants the dishwasher started, dishwasher detergent should be left clearly available.
Large quantities of dishes, unloading a full dishwasher, substantial hand-washing, heavily soiled cookware, and large pots/pans are not included. If dishes prevent access to the sink, the Cleaner may clean the accessible area and leave blocked portions incomplete.
Cleaners will make accessible beds as part of the applicable standard scope. If clean replacement linens are left out, the Cleaner may change the sheets. If no replacement linens are left out, the bed may be made with the existing linens.
Recurring and One-Time cleaning include window sills, quick/basic accessible track debris, obvious reachable glass smudges, and reachable interior glass doors. Full-house interior window cleaning is not part of normal maintenance cleaning.
Deep and Move service include full reachable interior window glass, detailed sills, detailed accessible tracks, and reachable blinds.
All work is limited to areas safely reachable from the floor or with a small household step stool. Cleaners are not required to use extension ladders, tall ladders, climb on furniture or counters, or access high foyer glass, 15-foot windows, chandeliers, high ledges, or other unsafe elevated areas.
Available add-ons and inclusions depend on service type and current pricing. At launch, the expected structure is:
Finished basement living space is included only when selected/requested as part of the cleaning. Unfinished basements, mechanical/storage areas, crawlspaces, and similar non-living spaces are not automatically included.
If the Client requests a specific product, it must be supplied at the property and clearly identified. Swypt does not source special Client-requested products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swypt is not liable for damage, discoloration, staining, etching, residue, finish changes, or other adverse effects caused by a Client-provided product or Client-provided usage instruction, except where a Cleaner clearly uses the product contrary to the provided instructions or product labeling.
Special or delicate surfaces should be disclosed in advance. Cleaners may avoid or decline a surface when there is a reasonable risk of damage and should not experiment with unfamiliar products or methods.
Clients must disclose pets that may be present and secure aggressive, highly anxious, interfering, or escape-risk animals. Cleaners are not responsible for pet care, feeding, walking, letting animals in/out, or supervision.
Normal pet hair is part of normal cleaning. Extra Pet Hair applies only when hair is heavier than normal and materially adds work. Significant feces, urine, vomit, litter-box overflow, or other biological contamination is outside normal scope and may fall under Swypt’s unsafe/prohibited condition rules.
Clients should provide clear access, working utilities, safe temperature/air conditions, and any required parking/building instructions. Clients should reasonably clear excessive clutter from areas they want cleaned and should secure personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, important documents, firearms or other weapons, fragile or irreplaceable items, electronics, and anything they do not want moved or handled.
Cleaners may straighten or move small ordinary items as reasonably necessary to clean, but Swypt does not provide organization, inventory, or safeguarding of loose personal property. If an area is heavily covered with belongings or clutter, the Cleaner may clean around those items and blocked areas are not considered missed service.
Swypt does not provide biohazard remediation, hoarding cleanup, mold remediation, pest remediation, exterior cleaning, carpet extraction, pressure washing, or other specialty hazardous work. Cleaners are not required to handle significant blood/body fluids, feces/urine contamination, vomit or biological waste, sharps, decomposition, significant mold, active pest infestation, hazardous chemicals/unknown substances, hoarding-level conditions, excessive animal waste, or unsafe property conditions.
Deep may include reasonable spot cleaning of obvious wall marks where safely cleanable, but not whole-wall washing.
If the actual property condition materially exceeds what was described, Swypt may offer a revised price, a time-limited/original-price scope, rescheduling, or cancellation. Under the time-limited option, Swypt does not guarantee that every booked task will be completed, and work left incomplete solely because the actual condition required materially more work than represented is not treated as missed service.
A Visit is complete when reasonably accessible and applicable booked work has been completed, approved adjustments have been handled, and the Cleaner completes the final service process. Client presence or sign-off is not required. Material service issues should be reported within 24 hours of recorded Visit completion.
Swypt does not automatically accept liability for damage claims. Swypt is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, loose/unstable/improperly installed items, already-cracked/deteriorated/unusually fragile items, unsecured valuables, Client-provided products/instructions, or undisclosed surface/property conditions. Damage claims should be reported within 24 hours of discovery with supporting information when available.
Arrival windows are not exact start-time guarantees. Swypt may assign either an approved individual Cleaner or an approved Cleaning Team to fulfill the cleaning. Duration estimates are planning estimates, not guaranteed exact runtimes. The Client pays for the booked scope and result, not a guaranteed number of Cleaner-hours physically spent in the home.
