These Terms of Service govern your use of the Swypt website at getswypt.com and the booking of any cleaning services provided by Swypt. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms in full.
Swypt is a residential cleaning service operating in the Kansas City metro area. Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors engaged by Swypt. Swypt manages all customer bookings, quality control, and communication on behalf of its contractor network.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book services through Swypt. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized occupant of the property to be cleaned, or that you have obtained permission from the owner to arrange cleaning services.
All bookings submitted through our website are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Swypt. Swypt reserves the right to decline any booking request for any reason. Final pricing is confirmed within one hour of booking submission and may differ from the online estimate based on home condition or other factors identified at the time of review.
A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm all bookings. Payment is processed automatically upon job completion and approval. No deposit is required to book. By providing your payment information, you authorize Swypt to charge your card for the confirmed service amount and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking with Swypt you agree to those policies.
The scope of work for each service type is defined in our Service Agreement. Services are limited to what is outlined in the agreed scope. Additional tasks requested on the day of service are subject to availability and additional charges. Swypt cleaners are not obligated to perform tasks outside the agreed scope.
Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors, not Swypt employees. Swypt screens all contractors through background checks and maintains quality standards, but contractors operate as independent businesses. Swypt is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractors beyond what is covered under Swypt's general liability insurance policy.
Swypt's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. Swypt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Swypt is not liable for damage resulting from customer-provided cleaning products, pre-existing conditions, or situations outside our control.
Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence to hello@getswypt.com. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered. Swypt will review all claims in good faith and respond within two business days.
You agree to use the Swypt website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the website or its booking systems. All content on this website is the property of Swypt and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Your use of this website and booking of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Swypt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Swypt services will be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
