What We're Looking For

Prior professional cleaning experience is required — we're not able to provide training, so you should already be comfortable working efficiently and independently in someone's home
A genuine eye for detail and pride in doing thorough, careful work every time, not just when someone's watching
Dependable and punctual — clients plan their day around your arrival window, and being late affects real people
Trustworthy and professional — you'll often be working alone inside a client's home while they're not there
Clear, prompt communication, both with clients and with us
Able to pass a background check
Reliable transportation to job sites across the Overland Park / Kansas City metro area
A steady, can-do attitude, even on the days a home needs more work than expected

Position & Pay

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity — you're essentially running your own cleaning business under the Swypt name. You choose which jobs to accept, work on your own schedule, and keep full control over your time. As an independent contractor, you're responsible for your own taxes.

$28–$40+ / hour

What most contractors typically earn, depending on job type and your pace. You're paid a flat rate per job, not by the hour — work efficiently and keep more of your time.
